Westminster Art Festival is an annual adjudicated, themed art exhibit celebrating the connections between art, earth care, and faith. Held at Westminster Presbyterian Church, it is open to visual artists and poets regardless of faith.
The 2021 theme, “What country do rains come from?” comes from a poem by Ray Bradbury. Artists and poets are invited to submit work that explores the impact of weather and climate (and changing weather/climate patterns) on our planet.
There is a $25 entry fee for visual art entries ($40 for 2 entries, $15 for students) and $10 per poem entry fee.
Exhibition space is limited. See our website for info about prizes, entry guidelines and how to submit. There is no charge to attend the Festival. Dates: October, 7, 8, and 9, 2021.
Gail Gage Jazz, back by popular request, will be playing at the Thursday, October 7, 2021, from 7 to 9 pm Artists Reception.
